১. আমরা কারা
গোধূলি রেস্টুরেন্ট অ্যান্ড কটেজ (ব্রাহ্মণবাড়িয়া, বাংলাদেশ) এই ওয়েবসাইট পরিচালনা করে। এই নীতিতে বলা হয়েছে আপনি আমাদের সাইটে অর্ডার করলে বা লগইন করলে কোন তথ্য আমরা নিই, কেন নিই এবং কীভাবে রক্ষা করি।
২. আমরা কোন তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
- অর্ডারের তথ্য: আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা, অর্ডারকৃত খাবার ও নোট।
- গুগল লগইন: "Google দিয়ে সাইন ইন" ব্যবহার করলে আপনার ইমেইল ঠিকানা, নাম ও প্রোফাইল ছবি। আমরা আপনার গুগল পাসওয়ার্ড কখনও দেখি না বা সংরক্ষণ করি না।
- পেমেন্ট যাচাই: বিকাশ/নগদে পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে আপনার দেওয়া ট্রানজেকশন আইডি (TrxID) ও প্রেরকের নম্বর। আমরা কার্ড বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং পিন সংগ্রহ করি না।
- স্টাফ অ্যাকাউন্ট: অনুমোদিত কর্মীদের ইমেইল ও লগইন তথ্য (শুধু অ্যাডমিন প্যানেলের জন্য)।
- ডিভাইসে সংরক্ষিত তথ্য: সাইট দ্রুত চালাতে ও লগইন ধরে রাখতে আপনার ব্রাউজারের লোকাল স্টোরেজ ও ক্যাশ ব্যবহৃত হয়। আমরা বিজ্ঞাপন ট্র্যাকিং কুকি ব্যবহার করি না।
৩. কেন ব্যবহার করি
- আপনার অর্ডার প্রস্তুত, ডেলিভারি ও নিশ্চিত করতে।
- পেমেন্ট যাচাই করতে এবং অর্ডারের সমস্যা সমাধানে আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে।
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট শনাক্ত করতে এবং সাইটের নিরাপত্তা রক্ষা করতে।
আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না এবং বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য তৃতীয় পক্ষকে দিই না।
৪. যাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করি
আমাদের সাইট চালাতে নির্ভরযোগ্য সেবাদাতা ব্যবহার করা হয়: Cloudflare (হোস্টিং), Supabase (ডেটাবেস ও অথেন্টিকেশন), Google (সাইন-ইন)। এরা শুধু সেবা দেওয়ার প্রয়োজনে তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করে এবং নিজ নিজ নীতি অনুসরণ করে। আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা থাকলে কর্তৃপক্ষকে তথ্য দিতে হতে পারে।
৫. কতদিন রাখি
অর্ডার ও হিসাবের রেকর্ড ব্যবসায়িক ও আইনি প্রয়োজনে যতদিন দরকার ততদিন রাখা হয়। অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছতে বললে আমরা অর্ডারের আবশ্যিক হিসাব ছাড়া বাকি ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে দিই।
৬. আপনার অধিকার ও অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলা
আপনি আপনার তথ্য দেখতে, সংশোধন করতে বা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। নিচের ইমেইল বা ফোনে জানান; আমরা যুক্তিসংগত সময়ের মধ্যে (লক্ষ্য: ৩০ দিন) ব্যবস্থা নেব। আপনি গুগল অ্যাকাউন্ট সেটিংস থেকেও এই সাইটের অ্যাক্সেস বাতিল করতে পারেন।
৭. শিশুদের তথ্য
আমাদের সাইট শিশুদের জন্য তৈরি নয়; জেনে আমরা শিশুদের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।

1. Who we are
Godhuli Restaurant & Cottage (Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you place an order or sign in, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
2. Information we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, items ordered and any notes.
- Google sign-in: if you use "Sign in with Google", your email address, name and profile picture. We never see or store your Google password.
- Payment verification: for bKash/Nagad payments, the transaction ID (TrxID) and sender number you provide. We do not collect card details or mobile banking PINs.
- Staff accounts: email and login details of authorised staff, used only for the admin panel.
- Data stored on your device: your browser's local storage and cache are used to keep the site fast and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use it
- To prepare, deliver and confirm your order.
- To verify payments and contact you about problems with an order.
- To identify your account and keep the site secure.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising.
4. Service providers
We rely on Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication) and Google (sign-in). They process data only to provide those services and follow their own policies. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Retention
Order and accounting records are kept as long as needed for business and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your other personal data, except records we must keep for accounting.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us using the details below and we will act within a reasonable time (target: 30 days). You can also revoke this site's access from your Google Account settings.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version and date will be posted on this page.
