শর্তাবলি / Terms of Service
১. গ্রহণযোগ্যতা
এই সাইট ব্যবহার বা এখান থেকে অর্ডার করার মানে আপনি এই শর্তাবলি মেনে নিচ্ছেন। না মানলে অনুগ্রহ করে সাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না।
২. অর্ডার
- সাইটে দেখানো মেনু, দাম ও প্রাপ্যতা পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। অর্ডার কেবল আমাদের নিশ্চিতকরণের পরই চূড়ান্ত হয়।
- সঠিক নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ঠিকানা দেওয়া আপনার দায়িত্ব। ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থ হলে আমরা দায়ী নই।
- কোনো খাবার বা উপকরণ শেষ হয়ে গেলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তনের জন্য আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করব।
- অ্যালার্জি থাকলে অর্ডারের নোটে স্পষ্ট জানান।
৩. পেমেন্ট
- আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি এবং বিকাশ/নগদের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করতে পারি।
- বিকাশ/নগদে পেমেন্টের পর সঠিক ট্রানজেকশন আইডি (TrxID) দিতে হবে। আমরা তা যাচাই করার পর অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করি। ভুয়া বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য পেলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
৪. বাতিল ও ফেরত
অর্ডার প্রস্তুতি শুরুর আগে বাতিল করা যায়। প্রস্তুত খাবার সাধারণত ফেরতযোগ্য নয়; তবে ভুল বা মানসম্পন্ন নয় এমন খাবার পেলে ডেলিভারির পর দ্রুত আমাদের জানান, আমরা বিষয়টি দেখব।
৫. অ্যাকাউন্ট
আপনি নিজের লগইন ও অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তার জন্য দায়ী। সাইটের অপব্যবহার, অন্যের তথ্য ব্যবহার বা নিরাপত্তা ভাঙার চেষ্টা করলে আমরা অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ করতে পারি।
৬. মেধাস্বত্ব
সাইটের লেখা, ছবি, লোগো ও ডিজাইন গোধূলি রেস্টুরেন্ট অ্যান্ড কটেজের। অনুমতি ছাড়া বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
৭. দায়ের সীমা
সাইটটি যেমন আছে তেমন সরবরাহ করা হয়। আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে (ইন্টারনেট, বিদ্যুৎ, আবহাওয়া, যানজট) সেবায় বিঘ্ন হলে আইনে অনুমোদিত সীমা পর্যন্ত আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
৮. গোপনীয়তা
আপনার তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয় তা জানতে আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি দেখুন।
৯. পরিবর্তন ও প্রযোজ্য আইন
শর্তাবলি বদলালে এই পাতায় প্রকাশ করা হবে। এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।

1. Acceptance
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Orders
- Menu items, prices and availability may change. An order is final only once we confirm it.
- You are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number and address. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details.
- If an item or ingredient runs out, we will contact you to cancel or change the order.
- If you have allergies, state them clearly in the order notes.
3. Payment
- We may accept cash on delivery and payment through bKash/Nagad.
- For bKash/Nagad, you must enter the correct transaction ID (TrxID). We confirm the order after verifying it. Fake or incomplete details may lead to cancellation.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Orders can be cancelled before preparation starts. Prepared food is generally non-refundable, but if you receive a wrong or unsatisfactory item, tell us promptly after delivery and we will review it.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for your login and account security. We may suspend access for misuse, use of another person's information, or attempts to breach security.
6. Intellectual property
The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to Godhuli Restaurant & Cottage and may not be used commercially without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disruptions caused by factors outside our control (internet, power, weather, traffic).
8. Privacy

9. Changes and governing law
Updated terms will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
